Oxsprings ham and mozzarella with rocket,
olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Place the tomatoes and a handful of rocket leaves onto two serving plates. Slice the mozzarella and place to one side, arrange slices of Oxsprings ham on each plate.

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar onto the mozzarella, then serve with some fresh baked bread.

Chicken Salad with Oxsprings ham

Combine a green salad with tomatoes and olives. Mix in cooked chicken strips and add vinaigrette dressing. Place slices of Oxsprings ham on top with basil leaves.

Oxsprings ham and asparagus

Wrap Oxsprings ham around freshly cooked asparagus, add melted butter and grated parmesan.



Melon with Oxsprings ham

Quarter melon, add slices of Oxsprings ham and add ground black pepper to taste.

Sea bass wrapped in Oxsprings ham

Wrap the sea bass in Oxsprings ham and fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat.

Add 4 tbsp of sherry to the pan and 200ml of vegetable stock. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Serve at once with lightly cooked fresh green vegetables.

Figs and mozzarella wrapped in Oxsprings ham

Wrap the split figs and mozzarella with Oxsprings ham. Place on a baking tray and cook at 190°C for 6 - 8 minutes. Serve with a watercress, spinach and rocket salad, add vinaigrette.
