Sweet Italian Prosciutto
made exclusively from whey fed pigs. Aged for a minimum of 16 months in the hills of Langhirano.
• A delicious
Nitrate free Serrano ham
noted for its deep natural flavours. Made in Seron (Spain) aged for a minimum of 12 months.
rarely marketed in the UK but is the Premium Italian Salami made from the best Italian pork cuts. The simple ingredients expose the quality of the meat and sweet flavours.
